About Indesign
Indesign is a renovation company based in Richmond, working across London since 2012. The same team designs, supplies and installs every project, from bathrooms to full homes.
The foundations
Indesign was founded in 2012 to solve a problem we had seen many times. When design, supply and fitting are handled by different people, no one is fully responsible for the finished result. For clients, that usually meant a delayed programme, a finish that fell short of the design, and the stress of coordinating everyone themselves.
So we built Indesign around one principle: a single company takes responsibility for the design, the products and the installation, through to aftercare. Our Studio in Richmond opened the same year, and we added kitchens in 2016 and full home renovations in 2018.
The experience behind Indesign goes back well before 2012. Between them, our core team brings over 80 years of renovation experience, spanning building work, specification, design and retail, along with a background in technology and operations that shapes how projects are run day to day.

Our pricing is based on data from our own projects, so your figures reflect what similar renovations have actually cost.
Rigorous vetting of products, fixtures and materials means we know how they are made and which manufacturers make the cut.
Over 14 years of building work in London means we are familiar with how homes are built and what a survey is likely to uncover.
Choosing what we fit
We guarantee all of our work and therefore only fit products we can confidently stand behind. Before a brand or manufacturer joins our specification list, our design and technical teams review its range of products in the Studio, from the finish and build quality to certifications such as WRAS approval. Suppliers must hold UK stock, supply spares within three working days and offer solid guarantee terms. We keep the pool under review, and a brand only stays in it while its products continue to perform well on our projects.
