Who manages the renovation during installation?
Every renovation has a dedicated project manager who coordinates the fitting teams, deliveries, programme and communication. Decisions and agreed changes are recorded as the project progresses.
When does the renovation price become fixed?
The price becomes fixed once the design, product specification and installation scope have been agreed. If hidden conditions are discovered after work begins, the work is paused, documented and priced as a variation before it continues.
Do you offer design-only or supply-only services?
No. Our design and supply work forms part of a renovation delivered by Indesign. We do not provide standalone interior design or product supply services.
Can Indesign carry out installation only?
Yes. We can consider installation-only projects where the design, products and scope are sufficiently defined. We review the information and supplied products before confirming that the installation is suitable for us to undertake.
