What happens after my visit?
If the project is a good fit, we’ll explain how to book a site survey, and the project follows our process from there. You’ll leave with a good sense of the likely costs and the options available.
What should I bring to my visit?
Photos of the current room, plans or measurements if you have them, any products or finishes you like, and an outline of the rooms and work involved.
Who will I meet at the studio?
A designer and a project consultant. The consultant can answer technical questions, such as what your space allows and how the work is carried out on site.
Can I bring a partner or my own designer?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring anyone involved in the project, including a partner, family member or your own designer.
Is a studio visit free?
Yes, studio visits are complimentary.
Can I drop in to the studio?
No, visits are by appointment only. That way a designer and a project consultant are available to focus on your project. You can book a time through our online calendar.
