A whole-home renovation in Hampstead, taking in every floor from the basement pool to the bedrooms, completed in two months.
Project brief
The clients wanted the whole house renovated in one go: a leisure floor below ground, generous rooms for entertaining, and bedrooms with a character of their own, all on a tight programme.
The work covered every floor. It included a mosaic-lined pool with a lounge and study behind glass, a home cinema with its own shower room, a dark timber walk-in wardrobe, stone-effect bathrooms, and new finishes, lighting and joinery throughout.
Designer's note:
With every floor under way at once, sequencing was everything. Each room was given its own mood, from the mosaic pool to the colour-drenched bedrooms, with dark timber and warm lighting carrying through the house.

Before & After
The landing balustrade, the wall covering joins in the dining room and the utility cabinetry were all handled with the same care as the main rooms. Nothing was left for us to chase at handover. We're very much looking forward to working with Indesign on our next project.
